A: We are a professional manufacturer specialized in chocolate packaging equipment with nearly 30 years of production experience. We also have our own international trade department, engaging in factory direct sales.
3.Q: What products can you supply?
We mainly manufacture chocolate packaging machines, which are commonly applied to pack: gold coin chocolate, fold wrap chocolate, twist wrap chocolate, spherical chocolate, hollow egg chocolate and other chocolate products.

A: The annual output of gold coin chocolate packaging machines is about 100 units, fold wrap chocolate packaging machines about 50 units, and twist wrap chocolate packaging machines about 20 units.
8. Q: How many employees does your company have, and how many of them are technical staff
A: Our company currently has more than 100 employees, including over 10 professional technical personnel and more than 5 senior engineers.
9.Q: How does your company guarantee product quality?
A: First of all, corresponding quality inspections are carried out after each production process. For the finished products, we conduct a final inspection and issue the inspection certificate before delivery.
10.Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We will confirm the trade terms with you when quoting, including FOB, CIF, CFR or other applicable terms. For mass production orders, we generally require a 30% advance payment. After the machines are completed, we will send photos and videos to you for confirmation, and then arrange shipment upon receipt of the balance payment. Our main payment method is T/T, and L/C is also acceptable.
11.Q: How do you deliver the goods to customers?
A: We usually ship the goods by sea. Located in Shanghai, we enjoy convenient access to Shanghai Port for sea export. Of course, air freight is also available for urgent orders.
12. Q: Where are your products mainly exported to？
A: Our products are mainly exported to the United States, Germany, Australia, Canada, Thailand, Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and many other countries and regions.
