A: We will reply to your inquiry within 12 hours on business days.
2. Q: Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer specializing in chocolate packaging equipment with nearly 30 years of experience. We also have our own international trade department for direct sales.
3. Q: What products can you supply?
A: We mainly manufacture chocolate packaging machines applied for: gold coin chocolate, fold wrap, twist wrap, spherical chocolate, hollow egg chocolate, and more.
4. Q: What application fields do your products mainly cover?
A: Our products are highly specialized; virtually all chocolate products on the market can be packaged by our machinery.
5. Q: Can you provide customized products?
A: Yes, we can customize machines according to specific customer requirements.
6. Q: Do you produce standard equipment?
A: Yes, in addition to customized machines, we continuously produce standard equipment.
7. Q: What is your company's production capacity?
A: Annual output: approx. 100 units for gold coin wrappers, 50 units for fold wrappers, and 20 units for twist wrappers.
8. Q: How many employees and technical staff do you have?
A: We have over 100 employees, including 10+ professional technicians and 5+ senior engineers.
9. Q: How do you guarantee product quality?
A: We inspect each process during production. Finished products undergo a final inspection and receive quality certification before leaving the factory.
10. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Trade terms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.) are confirmed upon quotation. For mass production, a 30% advance deposit is required. We send photo/video proof after completion, and dispatch upon receiving the balance. T/T is preferred; L/C is also accepted.
11. Q: How do you deliver goods to customers?
A: Mostly by sea freight due to our proximity to Shanghai Port. Air freight is also available for urgent orders.
12. Q: Where are your products mainly exported to?
A: Our products are exported to the US, Germany, Australia, Canada, Thailand, Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and many other regions.
